KPFT 90.1 FM presents the 2nd Annual One World Music Jam, “All That Brass!”
From 6:00 to 9:30 PM on October 23, three local brass bands will bring music, tradition, and energy together at Miller Outdoor Theatre. The whole family will enjoy this special night of all types of brass music, from Mariachi to New Orleans jazz.
Enjoy the vast range of moods, from touching to energizing and uplifting, that brass can invoke during this one-of-a kind gathering of modern day genres that sprout from many diverse cultural roots. For the grand finale, experience the inspiring jam session featuring members from each ensemble uniting to perform together for the first time.
