- Bellaire (Hana and Arthur Ginzbarg) Nature Discovery Center presents Monthly Winter Bird Walks. Mary Ann Beauchemin, Senior Staff Naturalist with the Nature Discovery Center, will be leading a once a month bird walk in Russ Pitman Park throughout the winter. Come learn about some of our winter residents and accidental visitors. Depending on the weather, we have had a few interesting migrants stay through the winter and have often had some very interesting hummers visit in the winter too.Dates & Times: Wednesdays, January 11 and February 1 from Noon to 1:15 pmWhere: Meet us on the front porch of the Nature Discovery Center. Just drop in!Bring: binoculars.
