- Kids Yoga with Claudia da Silva! We will learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques using cooperative games, songs, partner yoga, imagination, stories & relaxation. Increases strength, flexibility, balance, focus, self confidence & creativity. Great cross-training for sports.
